THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO USING A LARGE REAL ESTATE COMPANY OVER A SMALL INDEPENDENT FIRM...PERIOD!

I should know.  I worked for large real estate companies for over 15 years.  A smaller company most likely goes for quality over quantity when recruiting maximize traffic flow through a listing and has all the same networks available to market a home.  A smaller company like Gorbach Realty, offers cooperating brokers more commission to sell a home, and truly puts the interests of the seller(and buyer) over the bottom line profits of the company.  Since agents with smaller companies usually have much higher splits, it means that the agent has more income to invest in marketing their listings to potential buyers.  Not building a brand.  And lastly, we take things personally.  Our clients’ aren’t statistics to us, we treat them as family, and although times have changed since Abraham Gorbach founded the company, almost 75 years ago, we still believe that “the customer always comes first”.
